Swift Digital Design System
The Swift Digital Suite is an all-in-one marketing and communications platform trusted by Australian government, enterprise and not-for-profit organisations. This system defines how we look, sound and behave across every product surface.
Brand Positioning
What Swift Digital stands for in the market.
Promise
The trusted communications platform for organisations that can't afford to get it wrong.
Audience
Government departments, large enterprises and established not-for-profits — typically risk-aware, compliance-driven and technically capable.
Brand Personality
The voice and tone of every interaction.
Trustworthy
Government-grade reliability
Clear
No jargon, no ambiguity
Capable
Quietly powerful
Considered
Restrained, never flashy
Logo
The Swift Digital logo is fixed. Do not redraw, recolour or recompose it.

Maintain clear space equal to the height of the "S" wordmark on all sides. Minimum width: 120px digital, 30mm print.
Critical Brand Direction
Changes from the legacy brand.
Removed
Pink / fuchsia (#EC2176) — incompatible with enterprise tone.
Retained
Primary cyan-blue (#21CDEC) as the only brand accent.
Introduced
Mature 11-step neutral ramp; 80% of the UI is neutral.
Reduced
Decorative colour usage. Colour now signals meaning, not style.
Elevated
Structure, spacing and typography over visual ornament.
Design Principles
The five rules every screen must obey.
Reduce cognitive load
Show only what the user needs at this moment.
Predictable over clever
Same problem, same solution, every time.
Density with breathing room
Data-heavy UIs need rhythm, not packing.
Colour means something
Status, focus, brand. Never decoration.
Accessible by default
WCAG AA contrast, keyboard-first, screen-reader aware.
